An answer to a prayerTo a very sweet and loving pair.Tiny angel sent from aboveShowing how her parents are loved.Small hands and tiny fingers...A sight that you'll always remember.Long after graduating school, Or has added a family member.Small Feet and tiny toes...Will walk with Jesus, whom she knows.Keep her safe and hold her tight, And always teach her what's right.Focus on God and keep your Faith. And welcome home to Emily Renee
I wrote this poem to welcome home my brother & sister-in-law's baby girl, who was born March 20, 2008, 7 wks early. She and her mom, Sister Christine Lanclos, pictured above.---Sister Amanda Lee
The man whispered, "God, speak to me." And a meadowlark sang. But the man did not hear.
The man yelled, "God, speak to me!" And the thunder rolled across the sky. But the man did not listen. The man looked around and said, "God let me see you." And a star shined brightly. But the man did not see. And, the man shouted, "God show me a miracle!" And, a life was born. But, the man did not notice. So, the man cried out in despair, "Touch me God, and let me know you are here." Whereupon, God reached down and touched the man. But, the man brushed the butterfly away and walked on.
I felt this in my Spirit after reading this email:
Be careful that you do not make the same mistakes as this man. He missed every opportunity to hear, see and feel God. This man was seeking God but wasn't paying attention.
Listen and watch closely, for God doesn't come to you in the form you want Him to. Sometimes He shows Himself in the little things.
And remember, God always answers your prayers. As little children, we always want the answer to be a "yes" but sometimes His answer is "no".

JESUS had no servants, yet they called Him Master.
He had no degree, yet they called Him Teacher.
He had no medicine, yet they called Him Healer.
He had no army, yet kings feared Him.
He won no military battles, yet He conquered the world.
He committed no crime, yet they crucified Him.
